The MetroPipe Privacy Policy

1. All the information that customers enter in the MetroPipe.net system is used by MetroPipe.net only for the processing required to provide MetroPipe.net services.
2. MetroPipe.net services are for adults, and not for children. Nonetheless, MetroPipe.net does not collect, request, or require any personal information from any of its customers, be they children or adults.
3. The MetroPipe.net system runs on secure operating environments that are not accessible to the public.
4. MetroPipe.net is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of web sites that may be linked to MetroPipe.net.
5. If customers choose to pay for MetroPipe.net services via non-private means, we will collect only as much payment information as is required. Credit card payments are processed by a security-conscious third party, using only the information that we pass to them.
6. We collect no logs or customer data beyond what is required for the operation of our system.
7. Any individual customer data provided to MetroPipe.net will remain private. It will not be sold.
8. MetroPipe.net does not contact customers unless the communication is account or billing related. If a customer asks a question or makes a comment, and provides email address for correspondence, MetroPipe.net may contact such a customer.
